Key Responsibilities Supervise daily farm operations, including planting, cultivation, harvesting, and pest control. Maintain farm machinery and infrastructure, coordinating repairs and upgrades as needed. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Lead, train, and motivate a team of farm laborers to achieve high standards of work. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in farm management or a similar supervisory role. Demonstrated knowledge of crop production, livestock management, and farm equipment operation.
