Wellness Nurse LPN/RN | JGS Ruth's House

$32.00 - $36.00/hour, based on experience Part-Time | 16hrs per week | 4:00PM - 8:00PM

Delivering Solutions that Matter:

• Overseeing day-to-day activities, managing nurses and certified nursing assistants to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Taking full responsibility for residents' nursing care, monitoring conditions, following physician orders, and applying recognized nursing standards.
• Recognizing and reporting changes in residents' conditions, initiating or assisting with interventions, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment.
• Instructing nursing staff on policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with administrative and clinical standards.

Qualifications for Success:

• Current, unencumbered MA Registered Nurse RN license or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Prior experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting
• Ability to communicate fluently in English both verbally and written
