Pay: $19.00 - $24.00/hr

Job Summary
Select Staffing is seeking experienced Welders to join their team. Candidates should have strong welding and fabrication skills, the ability to read blueprints, and experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding and fabrication according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Schedule: Day Shift (with potential overtime as needed)

Qualifications:

• Experience with MIG welding and spray arc welding preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Knowledge of welding symbols, measurements, and fabrication processes
• Experience with robotic welding equipment is a plus
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a production environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
