J.F.D. Landscapes, a well-established provider of landscaping and snow removal services in Northeastern Ohio since 1989, is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our Snow Removal team for the winter season. Responsibilities

• Be available on a 24/7 basis during snow events to provide prompt snow removal services
• Safely and efficiently operate trucks and/or snow removal machinery in winter conditions
• Apply de-icing agents as needed to maintain safe walkways and driveways
• Shovel snow in areas that are inaccessible to equipment when required
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete assigned routes and support overall operations

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required for truck operators (not required for loader operators)
• Ability to work outdoors in challenging weather conditions and perform physical tasks
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen for company truck drivers
• Subcontractors using their own trucks must provide proof of insurance

Compensation

Drivers operating company equipment start at $45.00 per hour , while drivers using their own equipment start at $85.00 per hour .
Bi-weekly pay ensures reliable and timely compensation.
Guaranteed routes —work is available whenever it snows, with each route budgeted for 5-6 hours and potential for additional hours during heavy snowfall.
Electronic time tracking for accurate and hassle-free record keeping.
