Job Description

Job Description

Knock. Close. Get paid. Repeat.

LOCATION: East Bernard, TX

Up to $100,000+ TCC / year for top performers

Competitive base salary + commission + car allowance + bonuses and incentives.

The Pitch

Rise Internet is scaling fast across Texas, and we are looking for aggressive, relentless door-to-door sales reps who want to make serious money selling something people actually need. Our product is fast, reliable internet — in markets where most people are stuck with one mediocre option. That means every door you knock is a real opportunity, not a cold pitch for something nobody wants.

This is a job for hunters. If you live for the close, love being outside and in the field, and want your paycheck to reflect exactly how hard you work — we want to talk.

What You'll Actually Do

• Knock doors in assigned Texas neighborhoods every day and sell Rise Internet services.
• Own your territory — plan your routes, work your leads, hit your numbers.
• Present offers, handle objections, and close on the spot.
• Hit and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Keep your pipeline and activity current in our sales tools (training provided — no prior software experience required).
• Compete against yourself and your team. Win the week. Win the month.

Who We're Looking For

• You hear "no" 30 times and knock the 31st door with the same energy.
• You want to be paid for what you produce — not for showing up.
• You're coachable, competitive, and willing to be held accountable.
• You have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation (car allowance provided).
• You can work outside in real weather — rain, heat, cold.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior door-to-door, retail, or commission sales experience is a plus — not a requirement. We've hired bartenders, trainers, coaches, military, athletes, solar reps, pest reps, security reps, and car salespeople who crushed it.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Why Rise

• Real product. Real demand. Rise Internet is expanding across Texas on gig-capable fiber and Tarana G2 wireless — people want what we're selling.
• You're not corporate. You're not a cubicle. You're the face of Rise in your community.
• We're small enough that your manager knows your name and the CEO knows your results.
• Fast promotion for performers. No waiting in line.
