Our partner is looking for a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (ENG + SPA) based in United States .This is a fully remote customer support opportunity serving transportation customers across the United States and Canada. You will assist both English- and Spanish-speaking customers, helping them navigate technology-driven fleet management and compliance solutions. The role is ideal for a tech-savvy customer support professional who enjoys solving problems, communicating clearly, and creating positive customer experiences. You will join a collaborative environment where your contributions can directly support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The position also offers the opportunity to develop your skills and progress toward more senior responsibilities. Accountabilities Provide responsive, professional, and effective customer support to English- and Spanish-speaking customers across the United States and Canada. Assist customers with questions, technical issues, and general support needs related to fleet management and transportation technology solutions. Troubleshoot customer issues by understanding their needs, identifying appropriate solutions, and communicating guidance clearly in both English and Spanish. Maintain a positive and customer-focused experience throughout every interaction, ensuring customers feel supported and their concerns are addressed efficiently. Collaborate with teammates to resolve customer issues, share information and contribute to a supportive and productive remote work environment. Use customer support tools and technology effectively to document, track, and follow up on customer requests and issues. Continuously develop product, technical, and customer service knowledge to improve the quality and efficiency of support provided. Demonstrate ownership, reliability, and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as opportunities for professional growth arise. Requirements Be fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with customers in both languages. Have at least 1 year of experience in customer support or sales serving English-speaking customers. Be tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software, troubleshooting technology-related issues, and working with digital support tools. Have strong communication, active listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a genuine customer-first mindset. Be a collaborative team player who is motivated to contribute to the broader organization and work effectively in a remote environment. Be available to work Saturdays and Sundays, with regular days off scheduled during the week. Familiarity with Zendesk Support is considered an advantage. Previous residence in the United States is considered a significant advantage, particularly for understanding the needs and expectations of U.S. customers. Be able to successfully complete a background check. Demonstrate ambition, adaptability, and a willingness to grow into higher-level responsibilities over time.
